Installing the Batteries

The radio uses three AA NiMH rechargeable batteries.

How to Install the Three AA NiMH Batteries

  1. Remove the belt clip.
  2. Hold the radio with the back facing the user.
  3. Lift the battery-cover latch.
  4. Remove the battery cover.
  5. Insert three AA NiMH batteries according to the + and – polarity markings inside the battery compartment.
